Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Syed Yawer Abbas Bukhari has won PP-1 with 39567 votes.

Attock (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Syed Yawer Abbas Bukhari has won PP-1 with 39567 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-1 Attock-I constituency with 39567 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate RAJA ASHFAQ SARWAR was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 50982 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League candidate SARDAR MUHAMMAD SALEEM KHAN who got 23364 votes.

At least 15 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-1. In 2013 elections, there were 232524 voters registered in PP-1, out of which 136583 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 58.73 %. Detailed results can be found here
