Independent candidate Muhammad Moavia has won PP-126 with 65252 votes.

Jhang (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Independent candidate Muhammad Moavia has won PP-126 with 65252 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Independent candidate won in PP-126 Jhang-III constituency with 65252 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate LIAQAT ALI was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 50455 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate TANVEEER UL islam who got 11380 votes.

At least 20 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-126. In 2013 elections, there were 150792 voters registered in PP-126, out of which 85257 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 56.54 %. Detailed results can be found here
