Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate AMJAD MEHMOOD CHAUDHRY has won PP-13 with 39824 votes.

Rawalpindi (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate AMJAD MEHMOOD CHAUDHRY has won PP-13 with 39824 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-13 Rawalpindi-VIII constituency with 39824 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Arif Abbasi was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 33595 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Malik Ghulam Raza who got 30346 votes.

At least 16 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-13. In 2013 elections, there were 140497 voters registered in PP-13, out of which 77404 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 55.06 %. Detailed results can be found here
