According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-146 Lahore-III constituency with 71389 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Malik Muhammad Waheed was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 55850 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Jamshaid Iqbal who got 23841 votes.

At least 33 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-146. In 2013 elections, there were 158220 voters registered in PP-146, out of which 85068 votes were polled out.
