According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-153 Lahore-X constituency with 44556 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Ramzan Siddique Bhatti was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 51590 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Shabbir Syal who got 20031 votes.

At least 32 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-153. In 2013 elections, there were 187492 voters registered in PP-153, out of which 87025 votes were polled out.
