Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Khawaja Salman Rafiq has won PP-157 with 40076 votes.

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Khawaja Salman Rafiq has won PP-157 with 40076 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-157 Lahore-XIV constituency with 40076 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate MUHAMMAD TAJAMMAL HUSSAIN was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 45947 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate HAMID SARWAR who got 20721 votes.

At least 25 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-157. In 2013 elections, there were 174402 voters registered in PP-157, out of which 88362 votes were polled out.
