Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Murad Ross has won PP-159 with 55128 votes.

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Murad Ross has won PP-159 with 55128 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-159 Lahore-XVI constituency with 55128 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate MIAN MUHAMMAD SHEHBAZ SHARIF was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 60603 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate ALI IMTIAZ who got 19350 votes.

At least 44 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-159. In 2013 elections, there were 187298 voters registered in PP-159, out of which 97088 votes were polled out.
