Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Amin Zulqernain has won PP-170 with 25180 votes.

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Amin Zulqernain has won PP-170 with 25180 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-170 Lahore-XXVII constituency with 25180 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Independent candidate Tariq Mehmood Bajwa was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 36444 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Mian Ijaz Hussain Bahtti who got 14725 votes.

At least 32 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-170. In 2013 elections, there were 157578 voters registered in PP-170, out of which 91714 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 58.20 %. Detailed results can be found here
