Okara (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Muneeb ul Haq has won PP-189 with 69524 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-189 Okara-VII constituency with 69524 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate MASOOD SHAFQAT was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 38787 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate CH GHULAM RAZA REBERA who got 37421 votes.

At least 16 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-189. In 2013 elections, there were 157415 voters registered in PP-189, out of which 94809 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 60.22 %. Detailed results can be found here
