According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-202 Sahiwal-VII constituency with 57190 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Raey Mansab Ali Khan was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 34647 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Mamoona Hashmi who got 27845 votes.

At least 14 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-202. In 2013 elections, there were 163983 voters registered in PP-202, out of which 94555 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 57.66 %. Detailed results can be found here
