Independent candidate Syed Khawar Ali Shah has won PP-203 with 48645 votes.

Khanewal (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Independent candidate Syed Khawar Ali Shah has won PP-203 with 48645 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Independent candidate won in PP-203 Khanewal-I constituency with 48645 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Rana Tahir Shabbir was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 30396 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Mian Tariq Abdullah who got 22073 votes.

At least 20 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-203. In 2013 elections, there were 157741 voters registered in PP-203, out of which 92348 votes were polled out.
