Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Sardar Aftab Akbar Khan has won PP-23 with 77949 votes.

Chakwal (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Sardar Aftab Akbar Khan has won PP-23 with 77949 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-23 Chakwal-III constituency with 77949 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate MALIK MUHAMMAD ZAHOOR ANWAR was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 54949 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League candidate SARDAR AMJAD ILYAS KOTEHRA who got 46231 votes.

At least 11 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-23. In 2013 elections, there were 229575 voters registered in PP-23, out of which 135916 votes were polled out.
