Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Jahanzaib Khan Khichi has won PP-236 with 38010 votes.

Vehari (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Jahanzaib Khan Khichi has won PP-236 with 38010 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-236 Vehari-VIII constituency with 38010 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Muhammad Saqib Khurshid was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 44694 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Rana Tahir Mahmood Khan who got 37783 votes.

At least 26 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-236. In 2013 elections, there were 169445 voters registered in PP-236, out of which 107104 votes were polled out.
