According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League candidate won in PP-24 Chakwal-IV constituency with 81005 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Raja Muhammad Awais Khan was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 38604 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Taj who got 27951 votes.

At least 14 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-24. In 2013 elections, there were 174407 voters registered in PP-24, out of which 104005 votes were polled out.
