Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Zaheer Iqbal has won PP-245 with 47177 votes.

Bahawalpur (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Zaheer Iqbal has won PP-245 with 47177 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-245 Bahawalpur-I constituency with 47177 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Independent candidate sardar muhammad jamal khan laghari was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 17908 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League candidate Sardar muhammad khan leghari who got 14410 votes.

At least 18 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-245. In 2013 elections, there were 147784 voters registered in PP-245, out of which 72311 votes were polled out.
