Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Malik Khalid Mehmood Babar has won PP-251 with 43047 votes.

Bahawalpur (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Malik Khalid Mehmood Babar has won PP-251 with 43047 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-251 Bahawalpur-VII constituency with 43047 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Ahmad Yar was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 32905 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Ashraf Khan Rind who got 30835 votes.

At least 19 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-251. In 2013 elections, there were 160772 voters registered in PP-251, out of which 101493 votes were polled out.
