Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Shahab Ud Din Khan has won PP-281 with 33141 votes.

Layyah (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Shahab Ud Din Khan has won PP-281 with 33141 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-281 Layyah-II constituency with 33141 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Ihsan ul Haq Bajwa was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 36704 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Sikandar Fayyaz Bhadera who got 20222 votes.

At least 25 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-281. In 2013 elections, there were 163392 voters registered in PP-281, out of which 97278 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 60.70 %. Detailed results can be found here
