Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Usman Ahmad Khan Buzdar has won PP-286 with 26897 votes.

According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-286 Dera Ghazi Khan-II constituency with 26897 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Qazi Ahmad Saeed was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 32246 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Muhammad Amir Nawaz Khan who got 22898 votes.

At least 13 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-286. In 2013 elections, there were 140892 voters registered in PP-286, out of which 78468 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 55.7 %. Detailed results can be found here
