Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Arif Iqbal has won PP-35 with 46360 votes.

Sialkot (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Arif Iqbal has won PP-35 with 46360 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-35 Sialkot-I constituency with 46360 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Independent candidate Ch. Faisal Farooq Cheema was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 41853 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Sardar Kamil Gujjar who got 31740 votes.

At least 15 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-35. In 2013 elections, there were 186445 voters registered in PP-35, out of which 114924 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 61.64 %. Detailed results can be found here
