PP-36 Results (Sialkot-II) - Election 2018 Pakistan

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Akhlaq has won PP-36 with 51465 votes.

Sialkot (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Akhlaq has won PP-36 with 51465 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-36 Sialkot-II constituency with 51465 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Rana Munawar Hussain Alias Rana Munawar Ghous was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 37509 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Ch.

Faisal Javaid Ghumman who got 28398 votes. At least 19 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-36. In 2013 elections, there were 167491 voters registered in PP-36, out of which 105163 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 62.78 %. Detailed results can be found here
