Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Zeeshan Rafique has won PP-42 with 52562 votes.

Sialkot (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Zeeshan Rafique has won PP-42 with 52562 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-42 Sialkot-VIII constituency with 52562 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate MUHAMMAD WARIS KALLU was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 50616 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate MALIK KHUDA BUKHSH TIWANA who got 50148 votes.

At least 10 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-42. In 2013 elections, there were 160631 voters registered in PP-42, out of which 112338 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 69.94 %. Detailed results can be found here
