According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-63 Gujranwala-XIII constituency with 30460 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate AJMAL ASIF was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 60309 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate SHABBIR HUSSAIN KHAN who got 25025 votes.

At least 19 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-63. In 2013 elections, there were 162936 voters registered in PP-63, out of which 98918 votes were polled out.
