According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-68 Mandi Bahauddin-IV constituency with 37904 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate SHEIKH IJAZ AHMED was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 40235 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate MUHAMMAD LATIF NAZAR who got 28168 votes.

At least 33 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-68. In 2013 elections, there were 187876 voters registered in PP-68, out of which 110816 votes were polled out.
