According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-91 Bhakkar-III constituency with 75119 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate IMRAN KHALID BUTT was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 34075 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate RIZWAN ULLAH BUTT who got 24636 votes.

At least 27 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-91. In 2013 elections, there were 149711 voters registered in PP-91, out of which 79206 votes were polled out.
