Karachi (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th May, 2018) Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Sharmila Faruqi has given birth to a baby boy.

The news was shared by Sharmila’s husband Hasham Riaz Sheikh in a post on Twitter.

“We welcome baby Hussain to the world - both the mother and the baby are doing well. Need prayers and best wishes for the baby,” Hasham tweeted.

The picture of the baby is going viral on social media.

Sharmila married Hasham Riaz Sheikh on March 5, 2015. Sharmila used to work for showbiz before joining the politics as PPP leader.
