PM Khan is visiting the neighboring country on a four-day official visit on an invitation of Chinese president

Prime Minister Imran Khan has left for China on his four-day official visit to the country, according to a statement issued by the PM Office.
He is visiting China to "take the all-weather strategic cooperative partnership between Islamabad and Beijing, the statement added.
Prime Minister Imran Khan is going to China on his second visit on invitation China President Xi Jinping. He had visited the neighboring country in November 2018.
The statement quoted him saying China is Pakistan closest friend and that he is looking forward to meeting President Xi and Premier Li for an in-depth exchange of views on all issues of mutual interest.
He said that both countries ties do not merely arise out of a convergence of interests but are rooted in past shared experiences and a high-level of mutual trust.
