Prime Minister's Youth (Affairs) Committee has planned to launch the "National Youth Empowerment Card" (NYEC) to empower economically and uplift socially the marginalized segments of the society especially disabled youth

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Jan, 2019 ) :Prime Minister's Youth (Affairs) Committee has planned to launch the "National Youth Empowerment Card" (NYEC) to empower economically and uplift socially the marginalized segments of the society especially disabled youth.

Talking to an official of PMYA Abdul Rashid Shaker said on Thursday that NYEC would extend the financial assistance, business development support and skills training to them.

He said that NYCE would also assist those youths who belongs to rural areas or don't have direct access to skills opportunities in cities.

He further informed that with disabled youth or rural youth the fresh graduates would also be beneficiaries of this card.
