Protest Held In Upper Dir Against Indian Atrocities In IoK

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Oct, 2016 ) : The residents and shop keepers of Upper Dir staged a protest demonstration against Indian atrocities in held Kashmir on Monday. According to private news channel, the protesters chanted slogans in support of the Pakistan Army and said that they were standing shoulder to shoulder with Pak army against any aggression.
The United Nations should take notice of Indian cruelties and injustices in occupied Kashmir, the protestors demanded. One of the protestors, Pirzada said that over 900 people from Barawal area of Dir had participated in jihad for the liberation of Kashmir in 1947.
"The population of the district has reached to 1.5 million and all the men, women and children are ready for fighting against any aggression" he warned India.
