Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Shabbir has won PS-114 with 13321 votes.
Karachi West (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Shabbir has won PS-114 with 13321 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PS-114 Karachi West-III constituency with 13321 votes.
In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Irfanullah Khan Marwat was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 37130 votes. The second runner up was Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan candidate Muhammad Abdul Rauf Siddiqui who got 30305 votes.
At least 26 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-114. In 2013 elections, there were 186203 voters registered in PS-114, out of which 89225 votes were polled out.
In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 47.91 %. Detailed results can be found here
