According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-6 Kashmore-III constituency with 1 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Ali Nawaz Khan Mahar was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 53989 votes. The second runner up was Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam (F) candidate Moulana Abdul Qayoom Halijivi who got 16180 votes.

At least 13 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-6. In 2013 elections, there were 132687 voters registered in PS-6, out of which 74209 votes were polled out.
