According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-60 Tando Allahyar-I constituency with 51293 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League candidate Arbab Ghulam Rahim was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 53437 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Gianchand who got 34796 votes.

At least 9 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-60. In 2013 elections, there were 134963 voters registered in PS-60, out of which 92114 votes were polled out.
