According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-63 Hyderabad-II constituency with 44243 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Dost Muhammad Rahimoon was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 29072 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Dr Ghulam Hyder Samejo who got 28292 votes.
