Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Abdul Karim Soomro has won PS-69 with 32105 votes.

According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-69 Tando Muhammad Khan-II constituency with 32105 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate SYED SARDAR ALI SHAH was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 35069 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (F) candidate FAQEER MUHAMMAD JADAM MANGRIO who got 31408 votes.

At least 22 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-69. In 2013 elections, there were 120096 voters registered in PS-69, out of which 79159 votes were polled out.
