According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-76 Sujawal-II constituency with 49976 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Mr. Parveen Aziz Junejo was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 56938 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Mr.

Liaquat Ali Jatoi who got 22803 votes.

At least 18 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-76. In 2013 elections, there were 140036 voters registered in PS-76, out of which 83348 votes were polled out.
