Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Jam Awais Bijar Khan Jokhio has won PS-79 with 43869 votes.

Thatta (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Jam Awais Bijar Khan Jokhio has won PS-79 with 43869 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-79 Thatta-III constituency with 43869 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (F) candidate WARYAM FAQEER was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 52627 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate CHOUDHARY MOHAMMAD ASIM TALEH who got 37524 votes.

At least 18 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-79. In 2013 elections, there were 147228 voters registered in PS-79, out of which 96401 votes were polled out.
