According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-86 Dadu-IV constituency with 43691 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Independent candidate Syed Shah Hussain Shah Sheerazi was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 41675 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Perveen Laghari who got 41149 votes.

At least 8 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-86. In 2013 elections, there were 150146 voters registered in PS-86, out of which 93952 votes were polled out.
