Quack arrested in Layyah’s Kot Sultan

Muzaffargarh, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Apr, 2025) A crackdown on medical quackery was executed in the Kot Sultan area of Layyah district, where Drug Inspector Adnan Kamal led a raid at an unlicensed clinic.

Official sources revealed that the raid targeted Tanzeer Clinic, where an impostor, identified as Tanveer, was found administering injections to patients despite lacking any formal medical qualifications.

The swift action by the drug inspector resulted in the seizure of medical equipment used in the clinic, and the facility was sealed on-site. Authorities have confirmed that legal proceedings are being initiated against the individual under relevant healthcare and drug regulations.
