Rangers Arrest Accused Involved In Cop Murder

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Nov, 2018 ) :The Pakistan Rangers Sindh Wednesday arrested two accused involved in killing of a cop at his residence in Landhi area.
Victim constable Mujahid was killed during dacoity resistance at his home on April 12 this year.
The Rangers had initiated the investigation against his murder and after thorough investigation accused Muhammad Yaseen and Imran Butt were arrested by rangers from Landhi area, said a press release issued here.
The accused during initial investigation confessed that they had entered the house of constable Mujahid for robbery. The accused gunned down the cop using his official pistol and took away Rs 35000 cash from his house. The paramilitary Rangers force also recovered the murder weapon from the accused.
