Rawalpindi Police have confiscated more than 5,000 kites during action in various localities and registered cases against the violators
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Feb, 2018 ) :Rawalpindi Police have confiscated more than 5,000 kites during action in various localities and registered cases against the violators.
Talking to APP, CPO Israr Ahmed Khan said that strict action will be taken against them who are selling and flaying them.
He said that Rawalpindi police have made strict arrangements on kite flying, adding that nobody can be allowed to violate the laws.
"We have deployed police on different areas of Rawalpindi to ensure full implementation and many sellers were imposed fine", he further told. However, a resident Committee Chowk said Sohail khan said that shopkeeper have a huge stock of kites in different colors and sizes openly selling in various localities.
Parents are worried about the situation and demanded concerned authorities to take action against the selling kites.
