Reference Against Ishaq Dar Adjourned Till Feb 12

An Accountability Court (AC) Wednesday adjourned hearing till February 12, on a reference against former finance minister Ishaq Dar and others pertaining to holding assets beyond sources of income

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jan, 2020 ) :An Accountability Court (AC) Wednesday adjourned hearing till February 12, on a reference against former finance minister Ishaq Dar and others pertaining to holding assets beyond sources of income.

AC-1 Judge Muhammad Bashir conducted the hearing on corruption reference filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Co-accused Mansoor Raza Rizvi and Naeem Mehmood appeared before the court, however, other accused Saeed Ahmed granted one day exemption from the hearing.

During this day hearing, the defense counsel Qazi Misbah requested the court to adjourn hearing till next date as he could not prepare due to illness of his mother.

The court accepted the request and adjourned the hearing of the case.
