Rescue 1122 Finalizes Plan For Muharram In Multan

Over 500 rescuers equipped with modern medical gadgets, ambulances, mobile rescue posts and fire fighting vehicles would perform duty to provide medical aid to mourners on Yom-e-Aashoor, the 10th of Muharram Ul Haram.
MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Sep, 2018 ) :Over 500 rescuers equipped with modern medical gadgets, ambulances, mobile rescue posts and fire fighting vehicles would perform duty to provide medical aid to mourners on Yom-e-Aashoor, the 10th of Muharram Ul Haram.
This was stated by District Emergency Officer Dr. Kaleemullah in a meeting held here on Tuesday to review arrangements for the provision of first aid to mourners on Yom-e-Aashoor. Rescuers would accompany all mourning processions and remain present at Majalis to respond swiftly to any help call.
Rescuers would move swiftly in case of any emergency situation and leave of all the rescuers have also been cancelled for Muharram duty.
Exactly 30 ambulances, 10 fire fighting vehicles, rescue vehicles and 100 mobile rescue posts would move with mourning processions.
Officials appealed the people to cooperate with rescuers and give way to ambulances for swift and proper medical aid to mourners.
People were also asked to convey information to Rescue 1122 or 15 in case of any unwanted incident. People can use ptcl numbers in caseof closure of mobile phone service on Yom-e-Aashoor.
