Rescue 1122 Ready To Tackle Flood Situation On Sutlej

Divisional Emergency Officer Dr Asif Raheem Channar Wednesday said, Rescue 1122 is ready to face flood situation water released India into Sutlej.
BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Sep, 2018 ) :Divisional Emergency Officer Dr Asif Raheem Channar Wednesday said, Rescue 1122 is ready to face flood situation water released India into Sutlej.
This he stated while inspecting arrangements done by Rescue 1122 to tackle flood.
He said that latest water boats with OBM engines, life jackets, life rings, lifebuoys, and scuba diving equipment are available with Rescue 1122 Bahawalpur Region.
He said that a mock exercise would be held at Ahmadpur Canal to test the available equipment. He said that the leaves of all the staff have been canceled.
