DERA GHAZI KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Feb, 2018 ) :Commissioner Ahmed Ali Kamboh Tuesday said that Rescue emergency centers were being extended to Tehsil level in the division. Presiding over a meeting to review development projects in the division, the commissioner said that construction of rescue centers at 6 cities including Alipur, Shehr Sultan, Jatoi, Kot Addu, Chobara and Karor would be completed.
He said that IT labs were being established in 170 Elementary, High and Higher Secondary schools of districts Layyah and Muzaffargarh. Expressing serious concern over unnecessary delay in the completion of different projects of new roads in district Muzaffargarh, Ahmed Ali Kamboh, he directed Deputy Commissioner to submit report of the projects.
The commissioner said that all the development projects should be completed within the due dates of completion, adding, use of quality material should also be ensured. The meeting was informed that Rs 12 billion were spent on 79 projects in district Layyah and Rs 20 billion were spent on 261 projects in district Muzaffargarh under the provincial annual development programme.
