A contractor deprived of cash of Rs. 4.845 million by three armed robbers here in the jurisdiction of Hussainabad Police Station on Tuesday.

According to Police, a contractor namely Rehan Memon had drawn cash of Rs. 4.

845 million from a private bank branch of Saddar and when he reached at sweetmeat mart near Giddu Chowk in the jurisdiction of Hussainabad Police Station, three armed robbers who were on motorbike intercepted him at gun point, looted the cash bag and escaped from the spot.

Soon after receiving information, the SSP Hyderabad Pir Muhammad Shah reached to the spot, inquired the situation and issue directives of searching the culprits with looted cash.
