ROs Accept, Reject Several Nomination Papers In Gujranwala

Returning Officers accepted and rejected the nomination papers of the following candidates on the last day of scrutiny on Tuesday.
GUJRANWALA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jun, 2018 ) :Returning Officers accepted and rejected the nomination papers of the following candidates on the last day of scrutiny on Tuesday.
According to official sources, the nomination papers of Dr Nisar Cheema for NA-79 were accepted while the papers of former MNA Justice (Retd) Iftikhar Ahmed Cheema and Ch Adnan Cheema for the same constituency were rejected.
The nomination papers of former Federal minister Mehmood Bashir Virk, PTI candidate Mian Tariq Mehmood, Imtiaz Safdar Warriach, MMA candidate Dr Abaidullah Gohar and PPP candidate Rao Akraam for NA-80 were accepted.
The nomination papers of former federal minister Khurram Dastgir Khan, PTI candidate Khawaja Saleh and chairman Tehrik Labbaik, Asif Ashraf Jalali for NA-81 were accepted.
The papers of former state minister Usman Ibrahim, chairman Tehrik Labbaik, Asif Ashraf Jalali, PTI candidate Ali Ashraf Mughal and Jawad Manj for NA-82 were accepted.
The papers of former minister Rana Nazir Ahmed, Rana Sajid Shaukat, PPP candidate Ch Zakaullah Baryar and PML-N candidate Ch Zulfiqar Bhinder for NA-83 were accepted.
