Rs 1679 million allocated for KTH

PESHAWAR, Jan 6 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 06th Jan, 2017 ) : As many as Rs 1679 million has been allocated for the budget of Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) Peshawar for upcoming fiscal year that can be utilized for purchasing medicines, equipments and payment of salaries to the employees.

According to Spokesman of KTH, Rs 123 million were earmarked for purchase of medicines and surgical equipments, Rs 8.5 million for medicine under Zakat funds, Rs 1067 million for salaries, Rs 223 million for gas and electricity charges and Rs 376 million for purchase of other necessary equipments.

In addition to it, Rs 700 million would be utilized for repair and renovation of the hospital.
