FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Apr, 2019 ) -:District Welfare Fund board (DWFB) approved funds of Rs9.8 million for 697 non-gazetted government employees under various heads.

According to official sources,Rs6.83 million was approved for marriage grant and Rs 2.

97 million for funeral expenses.Likewise,65 applications of widows of government employees for monthly grant were approved.

Funds approval was given in a meeting headed by Additional Deputy Commissioner (headquarter) Qaisar Abbas Rind, while the officers of various departments were also present in the meeting.
