LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Apr, 2018 ) :Federal Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique on Tuesday stressed upon all the political and non-political stakeholders, to get united and apply their skills vigorously to pull Pakistan out of present day challenges, besides ensuring the upcoming general election on time.
He was addressing an emergency media conference here at Lahore Press Club, while Punjab Minister for Specialized Healthcare and Medical education Khawaja Salman Rafique also accompanied him. Responding to journalists' queries, he said that all stakeholders should refrain from giving such remarks which hurt each other, adding that holding of timely general election was beneficial for the country as well as all of them.
To a question, he said that a police tout was blaming railways department of trying to burn its official record to hide its inefficiency, adding, "Why would we burn the record of our best performance, as we have not only revived a dead department of Pakistan Railways but also established it on a strong footing by enhancing its finances and earnings many folds".
Without uttering name, he said that one man, who had changed many political parties, was leveling shameful blame upon him and Punjab Law Minister Rana Sana Ullah of attacking the honorable judge's residence.
Khawaja Saad Rafique said that they had never resorted to such criminal acts, asserting that there was no compromise upon the dignity and respect of the honorable judges. To a query, he said though Indian atrocities in Held Kashmir were at their maximum and the country had gone into gray list, the people/parties were being instigated to be hostile against each other.

He added that they had also presented all relevant documents in National Accountability Bureau (NAB). He expressed with great concern that it was highly unjustified that some media houses presented wrong news reports and even hold talk shows on these concocted news.
Khawaja Saad Rafique also appealed to all the voters and supporters of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) to avoid adverse and negative remarks and not to undermine anyone's respect and dignity on social media.
