Sabika Sheikh To Be Laid To Rest In Azeem Pura Graveyard Tomorrow

Flight delayed due to poor weather
Karachi (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 22nd May, 2018) The Pakistani exchange student who was killed in a shooting incident in Santa Fe High School of Texas, Sabika Sheikh will be laid to rest tomorrow.
Sabika’s Uncle Abdul Jalil while talking to a tv channel said that Sabika will be laid to rest in Azeem Pura graveyard of Shah Faisal Colony, Karachi on Wednesday morning.
The uncle said that the flight is facing a delay from Houston due to poor weather conditions.
Sabika’s dead body is expected to reach Karachi late Tuesday at 3am.
Sabika had gone to America for Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study program.
She was among the ten unfortunate people, mostly students, who were killed when a 17-year-old classmate armed with a shotgun and a revolver opened fire in a Texas high school on Friday, in the latest deadly school shooting to hit the United States. The gunman, who was arrested on murder charges, was identified as Dimitrios Pagourtzis, a 17-year-old junior at Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe, Texas.
Family, friends, politicians, journalists, celebrities, rights activists – all the common and known are mourning over Sabika’s death who was due to come back to Pakistan around Eid on June 9.
