Sanctity Of Karachi Press Club To Be Maintained: Governor Sindh

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail Friday said that the sanctity of Karachi Press Club (KPC) will be maintained and said the reported incident, which occurred in KPC on November 8, will be probed completely.
The governor said this while talking to a delegation of the KPC called on him at the Governor's house here, said a statement.
KPC President Ahmed Khan Malik, General Secretary Maqsood Yousufi, Treasurer Moosa Kaleem and members of the KPC namely G.M.Jamali, Arif Hashmi, Hamid-ur-Rehman, Asghar Chaudhry and Hasan Abbas were among the members of the delegation.
Imran Ismail said that the Government believes in freedom of press and the journalists will be provided protection at any cost.
Earlier, the members of KPC delegation staged protest outside the Governor's House, who were called inside the Governor's House by Imran Ismail to seek the details of their reservations.
